Charlie's love and passion for the West has always been an inspiring force in his life. In the early 70's, Charlie's parents moved their young family to Idaho seeking an outdoor lifestyle for their two boys. Charlie spent his formative years hunting, fishing, and exploring Idaho's remote back country rivers, valleys, and windswept mountain ranges. Charlie graduated from the University of Utah and pursued his love of the outdoors by working in marketing and communications for the Utah ski industry for 16 years. He was then recruited by Fidelity Investments, one of the world's largest financial services firms, to help establish the Fidelity brand and corporate image in the West. During his 20-year career with Fidelity, Charlie became a Regional General Manager and managed Public Affairs and Government Relations functions in Utah, Colorado, California, and New Mexico. Through his personal and Professional experiences, Charlie developed a deep appreciation for photography and outdoor imagery. He worked with photography for years as an art-director and marketing professional before fully embracing his own calling as a nature photographer in 2010. Charlie, along with his wife Coni, established C.M. Lansche Images in 2012. Together they have produced thousands of fine art images for private collectors and corporate art collections. Charlie's award-winning images have been published in numerous magazines and have been displayed in the United States Capitol in Washington, DC. Charlie feels a deep connection to Harriman State Park and has been enjoying Harriman's trails and wildlife for forty years. Charlie and Coni reside in Island Park, Idaho and southern New Mexico.
